'An short animation about a little Monkey who makes herself a friend...'

 

This was a mini project I did in ToonBoom. This project was initiated by a competition called The Secret Story Draw. Twelve writers provided stories which were then the inspiration point for character designers and animators, who could either enter a character design, a short animation or both. For this project I created rough character designs and the animation based on a story called 'The Snow Monkey'. 

Although in the end, I decided not to enter my animation into the competition but you can still watch the final animation below. All animation and design work was created by myself and the original score was created by Madeleine Von Post.
